1 I will hire experienced experts in federal grants and aid, on my federal staff, at federal expense, to identify all available programs, and work with our Department of Education, Police Department, and all other USVI government executives to get through the maze of federal paperwork so we can participate in the benefits of all available federal programs.

3 By using my 30 years of experience in the world's financial markets we can save millions of dollars in interest expense and millions of dollars in corporate finance fees to help pay for the teachers, schools, police officers, and infrastructure we so desperately need.
